CheapPinz utilizes standardized medical-grade shipping materials to protect the sterility of hypodermic instruments and diagnostic hardware during transit. Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours of verification. Technical tracking data is provided via automated secure email upon dispatch.
Clinical Receipt & Inspection:
We advise professional staff to inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. In accordance with clinical safety standards, if the secondary containment or individual sterile blister packs appear compromised, please contact our logistics department within 48 hours. Please maintain all original packaging, invoices, and packing slips for verification of the supply chain integrity.
Sterility & Return Policy:
To maintain the absolute sterile integrity of our inventory, returns are strictly managed under the following protocols:
- Unopened Merchandise: Returns of unopened, factory-sealed clinical supplies are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of clinical re-verification.
- Compromised Seals: We cannot accept returns on any items where the sterile barrier, individual foil seal, or factory blister pack has been opened or compromised.
- Pre-Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized by a logistics representative prior to shipment.
