By utilizing this site, the purchaser represents and warrants that they:

  3. Shall utilize and dispose of all clinical hardware (including sharps) in full compliance with local, state, and federal biohazard regulations.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed and dispatched within standard clinical fulfillment timelines (estimated 3-4 business days).

  • Secure Packaging: All shipments are processed through secure logistics channels to ensure the integrity of the clinical packaging remains intact during transit.

  • Regulatory Status: CheapPinz distributes Class II medical devices and laboratory hardware. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance with their specific state and local statutes regarding the possession of hypodermic instruments.

Corporate Policies

  • Refunds & Returns: To maintain the sterile integrity of our inventory, returns are only accepted for unused, unopened, and undamaged merchandise. Pre-authorization is required for all returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee may apply to clinical hardware returns.
