• Simplified Claim Processing: We handle the administrative work of filing reports with the carrier so you do not have to.
• Expedited Resolution: In the event of a verified loss or damage, we will prioritize reshipping your replacement products at no additional cost to you.

Eligibility and Terms

This service is intended to cover transit-related disruptions. Our resolution process relies on tracking data. If the carrier provides official proof of delivery at the requested shipping address, such as GPS coordinates or a delivery confirmation scan, the shipment is considered successfully fulfilled and may not be eligible for protection under this plan.
